Everything else is changing, are you?

In a fast paced world filled with iphones, blackberries, twitter and so on; technology is changing by the second and so is the planet. In the last two years, it seems as if things have become vastly different, from the economy and earth changes to weather and natural catastrophes.
Things have become accelerated and being that we are all connected to the planet as well as each other, we are feeling the acceleration process. Plain and simple…the earth is changing.

Question is: Are you?

In a current that is changing rapidly and without notice, it is very important to be able to go with the flow. When an earthquake comes, the buildings that are flexible and can sway with the heavy vibration can withstand the quake while the others that are rigid and stiff, will not. The more malleable you are the easier you will be able to adapt to anything different. I have noticed lately that some of the clients I see talk about changes they want to make. They know what they would like to change. They also know that they would be able to make the change if this and that changed in their life. “Once I calm down a little at work, then I can start focusing on myself.” “Once my child reaches a certain age, then I can finally do what I have wanted to do.” Once I have a little more money, then I can relax and go on a vacation. I won’t have to worry as much. I will have more time to do_________.”

Guess what? Most of the time when that time comes where they have crossed the threshold and made it to where they thought they can then change, something else is in the way that prolongs it. The threshold keeps CHANGING!! CHANGE IS INNEVITABLE. There can always be something in the way. Something that pushes back that time of change.

One of the biggest reasons why change is not happening in their lives is because they are waiting for an external change to shift something internally. I believe it is the other way around.
Shift anything internally and watch the external start to change. External is a moving target. Internal is a bulls-eye!

What is something that you want to change about yourself but you are waiting until next week, or next month or for something to change externally in order for you to shift?

Who knows what may happen tomorrow. Change N O W. It is worth it. You are worth it. Know you that are the King/Queen of your own domain. You have the power to make things look different in your life. You have the absolute power to be your own artist and paint the canvas anyway you want it to look. Remember, it is your palette with the colors you chose, so chose fearlessly, be creative and observe yourself evolve into the person you have envisioned yourself to be.

Remember, if you can envision it, you can create it. Change is internal. Go within.

Thank you for inspiring me to begin the process of following my dreams now instead of waiting for the “right time” – a time, which because of the transient nature of life and unforeseen occurrences, may never come.

I believe this is a common scenario in which far too many people find themselves. They remain in the rut, which though unfulfilling, somehow feels safe in it familiarity.

This is where I’ve been lately and I’ve grown weary of not living my life to the fullest – burnt out by the day to day. Thank you for the nudge – it’s come at just the right time. Inspiration can be found just about anywhere and it costs nothing; one but has to open up and live awake. (speaking from my own experience)

I’m so pleased to have stumbled upon your blog and I thank you for the work you do. I can but imagine what excellent results you have had in inspiring your clients. Were I not presently living in the Bay Area I would make an appointment without hesitation. Best wishes!
