This is a good question though.  Does what you put out into the universe and what you give to others match what you are receiving from the universe and from others?  If not, there might be something out of alignment.

I have found that receiving can be harder for most people than giving.  Giving might be something that feels comfortable while receiving feels uncomfortable.  If this is the case, practicing receiving, whether it is a compliment, a nice gesture, etc…is extremely beneficial for receiving the gifts that you want from the universe.  The gifts that you deserve that are yours.  The gifts that are coming to you

I am hearing quite often these days that what people are perceiving is not matching up with what they would like to perceive.  If you see something you don’t like, change the picture, the image, the feeling inside to something you do like.  This is how energy gets shifted instantaneously.    In a world of instant gratification, I will take more of this please!  In the moment of seeing or experiencing something that doesn’t feel of your vibration, create a picture of what it is that does feel more in tune with what you want.  Keep this image in your mind and believe that what you are seeing or imagining is possible and can come to be otherwise you would not be able to imagine it.

This is how things shift globally, one person at a time.  It is like a happy meal, I will take a few of those.  If everyone who ate at McDonald’s did this, Millions of people in one day would change the energy on the planet.  Wonder what the toy will be inside?! The surprise gift is yours to find…

Profoundly powerful

If you are one of the millions who are feeling confused lately or unsure of things in your life…you will want to read this.

What times we live in. Occupy Wall Street, wars, failing economy, civil unrest, natural disasters.  There is a lot of contraction happening.  Let’s focus on the other part….the part of expansion.

The energy on the planet is expanding and moving quickly, cleansing all of the things that are not working.  Inevitably, what doesn’t work will be replaced with what does.  My question to all who read this is:  Are you expanding and cleansing all the things that are not working in your life?  Have you updated your personal operating system lately?

Never in my life have I heard so many people questioning where they are at in their lives creatively, financially and spiritually.  It is as if there is a massive crossroads where people are waking up from a dream-like state and asking themselves what they really want out of life, work, family, friends, etc…

I am watching clients shift from confusion and apathy to fulfillment and excitement once they feel they are on the soul path for themselves and following what feels right for them in their heart.  My job has never been so challenging and rewarding.  I am observing HUGE leaps in my clients lives.  Literally, life changing in a matter of weeks through the  coaching process.  It is inspiring and calls me into action to take a look at anything in my life that needs “updating”.

What do I mean by “updating”?  I mean, updating your operating systems so that the program you are running matches where you want to be in life.  Most people are operating on old systems!  Past systems that have not worked for a long time!

Does anything from your past hold you back? These systems are no longer working!                                                                                                                          ………It is time to update.

Would you try and watch videos on your computer from the 1980’s?  No way.  I had one and it would be terrible.  Well, I have news for a lot of you.  Updating your operating system can allow you to speed up your manifestation time, increase your ability to be present, feel good about where you are at and not judge yourself anymore.  You are free to search, find and create at the click of your finger.

Today I am reminded of why certain things must be experienced.  One year ago, if someone were to describe to me what it was like having a child, I could relate as much as possible but it would only have ben a concept.  A rendered blue print if you will that is drawn up in the mind that tells me what it must be like but only a mental image.  There would be no experience and feeling in this image.  Now, that I have a child and get to experience the feelings and emotions, the good, the bad, the fun, the not so fun, all of it…I can bring this experience with me in a visceral way in all that I do.  I feel even more equipped to deal with other parents for now I have been there.  Now, I have walked the road and in similar shoes so I know how it feels.

There is always a reason why we experience what we do and there is always a reason why we choose to experience what we do.  Whether you know it now or not, your soul is in the drivers seat leading you to the fullest experience and expression of yourself that you have known.  I find that trying to climb in the drivers seat during these experiences only slows forward momentum and at times gets pretty jerky at best.  Being in the passenger seat and looking out at the trees, enjoying the music on the radio and feeling the wind in your hair…this makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

We may not know the final destination but knowing that we are choosing to go on this trip and enjoying how we get there may make the experience that much richer and more full.

I have realized that by “waiting” for these moments I am so focused on what is not here yet, that I take myself out of present moment and could possibly miss the wonderful journey that goes along with these big events.  Yes the events themselves may be special but it seems the time before the events is when I feel most alive.  I also forget how special the time is leading up to something.

In a world of instant gratification, waiting can seem like an eternity.  I have fallen into the trap sometimes (I going to be bold and say I am not alone on this one) of thinking that once a certain event comes or once I just have ________, then I will be happy.  Example:  Once I am on vacation and sitting on the beach, everything will be great.  Life will be effortless and all stresses will be gone.   Has anyone felt this feeling before?

I realize that it is a carrot dangling in front of my face, rarely ever to be bitten just a cruel tease.  I have dreamt of being on vacation on a tropical beach somewhere.  I have been on the beach and I have come back from that beach and still felt the longing for certain things.  What I have realized is that in waiting and looking “forward” to something, I am searching outside of myself to find something that lies within.  Less stress, more peace, deeper sense of happiness, you name it I have felt it.

Now I have also gone to that same beach feeling happy, fulfilled, unstressed and peaceful and I realized that when I was there it didn’t matter where I was because whether I was on vacation or at home, the feeling I had been searching for was not outside me.  It was not at some destination but rather inside of me.

Now that I have written this,  I wait for the baby to come no longer stressed and will cherish each precious moment before, during and after the event knowing that the peace I seek dwells inside of me just as what you seek in life dwells and lives fully and completely within you.
