My Journey From Hollywood To Holistic Coaching
I was never fulfilled, and did what others expected of me instead of taking my own path.
There was an emptiness, a void, I wanted to desperately fill, but I had no idea how to do so.
15 years ago my life looked a lot different than it does now…
I was raised in Los Angeles and born into one of the most well-known families in the entertainment industry, The Spellings.
But deep down I felt like something was missing.
Even with all of the fame and fortune, I never felt like I was good enough.
So instead of self-reflecting and digging into healthy ways I could cope, I started on a path of self-destruction and I began seeking inner validation from outer things.
I experienced several near death experiences, was dealing with addiction, and then my father passed away — everything around me was complete chaos.

From the outside looking in I had it all — money, celebrity, success, and the type of connections people could only dream of.
But deep down I felt like something was missing.
Even with all of the fame and fortune, I never felt like I was good enough.
So instead of self-reflecting and digging into healthy ways I could cope, I started on a path of self-destruction and I began seeking inner validation from outer things.
I experienced several near death experiences, was dealing with addiction, and then my father passed away — everything around me was complete chaos.
But I knew that if I persevered I’d get to where I needed to be.
So I came to a proverbial crossroads in my journey:
Keep going down the same path that was leading me to frustration and nowhere,
or dig in and work towards discovering my unique way of showing up and my true sense of purpose.
I CHOSE THE LATTER AND SO MUCH CHANGED FOR ME.
I’m finally in a place where I’m able to be doing exactly what I’m called to do. And the best part?
I became more confident in who I was and how I showed up in the world. I finally felt purposeful on a daily basis and began connecting with people in a much deeper way.
And all of those things I was longing for years ago — fulfillment and success — they became byproducts as a result of the internal work I did.
And I want the same for you too.
