The tangible changes include lowered blood pressure, weight loss, improved eating habits, a lifestyle habit of exercise 5-6 times a week, a clear understanding of how to set and achieve goals, and a mindset shift. My thoughts are much kinder to myself and I have gained tools to maintain these changes. I also learned how to be more present and in the moment. Randy is an amazing life coach who has the ability to know what each client needs.  Randy possesses a calm and nurturing manner and it is evident he wants each client to succeed and live our best life!
